ORDERS
When you place an order through 75-rc.uk, you will receive confirmation that we have received your order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
All orders are subject to product availability, accurate pricing information and successful payment authorisation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including where:
• An item is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• A material pricing or product information error has occurred
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
• We are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason
Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
75-RC works with a range of independent designers and brands, and some products may be handmade, handcrafted, produced in limited quantities or created using artisanal processes.
As a result, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, construction or measurements may occur where appropriate.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on the device or screen used to view the product.
Such variations do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to applicable UK consumer law.

PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on 75-rc.uk are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Where the website states that taxes are included, applicable taxes included by 75-RC are reflected in the displayed price.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed or calculated during the ordering process.
For international deliveries, additional Customs Duty, import VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, carrier handling charges or other import-related charges may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these additional import-related charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge paid to 75-RC and are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, listing or technical errors.
Where a material pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you before fulfilment and give you the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order.

MULTI-BRAND FULFILMENT
75-RC operates as a multi-brand retailer.
Depending on the brand and product, orders may be fulfilled or dispatched from different locations, including locations outside the United Kingdom.
Products within the same order may therefore be dispatched separately and arrive at different times.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ONLINE RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
