SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

75-RC operates as a multi-brand retailer. Depending on the brand and product, orders may be dispatched from different locations, including locations outside the United Kingdom.

As a result, delivery times, shipping methods and dispatch locations may vary between products. Where an order contains products from different brands or locations, items may be delivered separately.

The estimated delivery timeframe and applicable delivery charges will be provided during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise stated or agreed at the time of purchase, delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, import procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

Some products may be shipped directly from a brand, supplier or fulfilment centre located outside the destination country.

Where goods are shipped internationally, additional import-related charges may apply. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Customs Duty
  • Import VAT or other import taxes
  • Customs clearance or brokerage fees
  • Carrier handling or administration fees
  • Other charges imposed by customs authorities, carriers or local authorities

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, customs duties, import taxes and other import-related charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

75-RC does not control the amount of customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers and cannot guarantee the amount of such charges in advance.

Charges may vary depending on factors including the destination, product, country of origin, declared value and applicable customs regulations.

Customers are responsible for checking any applicable import requirements and charges before placing an order where appropriate.

REFUSAL TO PAY IMPORT CHARGES

If a customer refuses or fails to pay applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges required for delivery, the carrier or customs authority may return the parcel to the sender.

Where a parcel is returned because applicable import charges were refused or unpaid, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where permitted by law, any additional return delivery, customs, carrier or administration costs incurred as a result of the refused delivery may be taken into account when processing the refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
